Job summary

Justworks in New York City is seeking a Revenue Performance & Development Partner to translate revenue strategy into practical development programs for Sales and Customer Success teams. This role drives frontline manager effectiveness, coaching, forecasting, and deal strategy, with AI-enabled learning.

You will partner with Revenue, GTM Engineering, and Revenue Operations to improve performance and scale revenue capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement/readiness, or related roles.
• Proven track record upskilling frontline Sales and Customer Success leaders.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver development programs for Sales and Customer Success managers.
• Own the learning strategy and reinforcement of Justworks’ sales methodology.
• Create ongoing development programs for Revenue roles beyond onboarding.
• Embed AI into revenue learning and performance.
• Build manager coaching guides, inspection frameworks, and reinforcement mechanisms.
• Partner with external training providers and internal teams to measure impact.
