Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or related cross-functional role.
• Strong operational judgment to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Fluent in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong; PlanHat is a plus.
• Systems and data fluency to align business and engineering teams.
• Proven ability to make data-informed decisions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based processes and enablement materials.
• Own territory transfers, discounts, forecasting, and pipeline health reporting.
• Define onboarding checklists, SLAs, and handoff processes between teams.
• Manage customer success operations and health scoring through lifecycle stages.
• Audit data quality and drive process improvements to reduce manual work.
