Avid Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Renewal Operations Manager to build and scale the operational foundation for a high-volume, down-market renewal segment.

You will design processes, configure systems, and create reporting to give leadership predictable renewal visibility across many accounts. You will own renewal data, define what gets captured, and work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations in a global tech or SaaS company.
• Proven experience owning renewal operations for high-volume segments.
• Strong analytical skills with renewal reporting and pacing models; proficient in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, Index Match).
• Experience with channel and partner-led renewal motions; familiarity with partner portals or tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain renewal reporting for the high-volume segment with regular visibility into forecasting and performance.
• Own renewal data: define capture, storage, and usage; ensure accurate, timely, actionable reporting.
• Translate renewal data into narratives and insights for leadership decisions.
• Build and optimize a renewal pacing model for the down-market segment.
• Establish leading indicators and early warning signals for forward-looking visibility.
• Define best-practice renewal workflows for high-volume segments.
• Ensure data is captured correctly across systems; audit and remediate gaps.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to configure systems for automated renewal processes.
• Define partner portal surface, tracking, and action for renewals; implement with relevant teams.
• Establish and manage a recurring renewal operations cadence.
