Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Director of Renewals to own the strategy, performance, and operating model for our global renewals function. You will lead the renewals organization, drive retention and cross‑product expansion, and build scalable processes across the multi‑product behavioral security platform.

You will manage a team of Renewal Managers/Specialists, shape renewal motions, and partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to optimize contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewals, post‑sales, or account mgmt in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning gross retention at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals strategy and operating model end to end.
• Lead and develop Renewal Managers/Specialists with clear KPIs.
• Manage full renewal lifecycle: engage early, negotiate terms, secure commitments.
