This remote role supports a diverse set of accounts with annual renewals from $10,000 to $1 million and requires collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, and Finance. You will build scalable renewal processes, monitor health indicators, and lead executive business reviews.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of renewals, customer success, or account management in enterprise B2B software.
• Proven ability to own renewals portfolio with forecasting and planning.
• Strong track record of retention and renewal targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal portfolio and maintain a rolling forecast.
• Deliver accurate renewal forecasts for revenue planning.
• Serve as primary customer contact, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues.
