Ladders is seeking a Sr. Reimbursement Analyst (Ops) for a remote US-based role to support reimbursement operations across therapies with emphasis on readiness, process improvement, and helping teams navigate access requirements.

The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex reimbursement information into practical tools, workflows, and educational materials that strengthen operational performance and support patient access throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• 4+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare functions.
• Experience creating business resources and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of U.S. reimbursement, coding, and payment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement business needs and operational priorities across therapies.
• Develop and enhance reimbursement tools and resources for internal teams and healthcare providers.
• Support reimbursement readiness for product launches and program changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create workflows and educational materials for patient access.
