The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex reimbursement information into practical tools, workflows, and educational materials that strengthen operational performance and support patient access throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• 4+ years in reimbursement, market access, or related healthcare functions.
• Experience creating business resources and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of U.S. reimbursement, coding, and payment methodologies.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Reimbursement Analyst (Ops) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on supporting reimbursement operations across therapies, with an emphasis on readiness, process improvement, and the development of resources that help internal teams and healthcare providers navigate access requirements.

The position will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex reimbursement information into practical tools, workflows, and educational materials that support patient access and operational efficiency.

As reimbursement data and business needs evolve, this analyst will help improve resources throughout their lifecycle and identify opportunities to strengthen operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,600 - $152,400 annually
