Job summary

Medtronic Neuroscience Pain Interventions HEPR seeks a Senior Reimbursement Analyst to advance patient access to therapies. You will partner with product development, patient access support, field health economics, and sales to identify barriers and translate complex payer requirements into actionable insights.

You will support coding, coverage, and payment strategies across products and geographies, while providing training and compelling communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required.
• 4+ years in medical device/pharma reimbursement, health economics, or market access.
• Strong understanding of US reimbursement processes and payer dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable content.
• Experience with AI tools and digital productivity technologies is a plus.
• Comfort working virtually with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement needs and risks for new and legacy products.
• Advise cross-functional teams on pricing, indication expansion, and evidence needs.
• Analyze Medicare and payer policies, and communicate implications clearly.
• Support CMS and commercial payer advocacy and strategic comments.
• Deliver training materials for sales, physicians, and billing staff.
• Translate complex clinical and coding data into audience-friendly content.
• Design internal and external reimbursement communications and tools.
• Use approved AI tools to improve research, drafting, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all reimbursement deliverables.
• Collaborate with HEPR and cross-functional teams to optimize patient access.
