Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience OR Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, market access, or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex info for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess reimbursement needs, access barriers, and priorities across therapies.
• Develop resources, tools, communications, and materials for internal teams and providers.
• Support readiness activities for product launches and program changes.
• Collaborate with patient access and cross-functional stakeholders to create workflows.
• Translate complex reimbursement details into clear content for audiences.
• Manage reimbursement resources through lifecycle stages.
• Analyze operations data to identify improvement opportunities.
