Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I in a remote US-based capacity to support patient access and specialty drug reimbursement. You will educate providers, coordinate with patient access programs, and ensure compliant documentation to navigate payer requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in pharma, strong communication skills, leadership, and a solid grasp of regulatory compliance, with a valid US driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in sales or coding and reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and government payment systems.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance adherence.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to support patient access to products
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on payer landscape and reimbursement policies
• Distribute approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement
• Provide education on hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes
• Coordinate with patient access programs to understand payer requirements
• Address patient prescription status inquiries for those enrolled in support programs
• Utilize the company's case notes system compliantly
