AVANGRID POWER, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Regional Organic Growth to drive growth plans across multiple markets in the US. You will partner with senior leaders to define regional strategy, set project priorities, and oversee a greenfield development pipeline for wind and solar initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in power project development, strong leadership, and travel (50%+). You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets to achieve FID/COD milestones and ROI

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant business experience in the power industry.
• 8+ years of project development experience in wind and solar development.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Project Management experience.
• Demonstrable experience in leading development and bringing projects to construction and operations.
• Proficiency in Windows-based Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS and Google Earth or similar geographic mapping software.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more throughout designated region and to corporate headquarters.

Responsabilidades

• Define growth plan and priority regions, pipeline, budgets, and FTEs.
• Lead regional development teams in renewable energy projects and markets.
• Coordinate with origination, policy, permitting, and market rules teams.
• Develop regional strategic plans and budgets and build a strong project pipeline.
• Manage budgets and align with strategy; monitor ROI and strategic fit.
