You will partner with senior leaders to set regional goals, allocate budgets, and manage a team responsible for greenfield project delivery and market development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the power industry.
• 8+ years of project development in wind and solar.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across regions.
• Proficiency in Windows-based Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Define growth plan and priority regions with required pipeline and budgets.
• Lead regional development teams coordinating development, policy, origination, permitting, and engineering.
• Develop and manage regional strategic plans and budgets.
• Build and maintain a strong greenfield project pipeline to meet business plans.
• Collaborate with regional origination and permitting teams to execute strategy.
