Avangrid Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager – Regional Organic Growth to drive growth across markets including Albuquerque, NM and other listed U.S. regions.

You will partner with the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning and Vice President – Organic Growth to set regional goals, prioritize pipelines, and guide a diverse development team toward FID and COD milestones. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with origination, permitting,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in development / power industry.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams in a matrix structure.
• MBA, Law degree or other advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define regional growth plan with senior leadership, set pipeline and budgets.
• Lead development of renewable energy projects and markets, coordinating policy, origination, and permitting.
• Develop regional strategic plans and budgets; build a strong greenfield project pipeline.
• Lead and develop multi-person project management teams and coordinate with origination to implement sales strategy.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with approved strategies; monitor ROI and scheduling.
• Identify and monetize opportunities; assess market competitiveness and investment needs.
• Oversee entitlement and permitting to achieve FID and COD; coordinate with regulatory and legal teams.
• Collaborate with national and local agencies to craft favorable policies for renewable development.
