Job summary

Avangrid Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager - Regional Organic Growth to lead regional renewable growth strategies. You will coordinate with senior leadership to define regional goals, manage budgets, and build a strong greenfield project pipeline across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of power industry experience.
• 8+ years of project development experience in wind and solar.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more throughout designated region.

Responsibilities

• Define regional growth plan, budgets, and priorities with senior leadership.
• Lead development of renewable projects across the sub-region.
• Coordinate with origination, permitting, interconnection, legal and investment teams.
• Manage yearly project budgets and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Develop and maintain regional strategic plans and pipelines.
