Avangrid Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager - Regional Organic Growth to drive regional growth strategy across multiple target markets in the US. The role partners with senior leadership to shape strategy, align budgets, and prioritize projects to hit FID and COD goals with profitable renewables, including wind and solar.

The position requires leading diverse teams, coordinating with policy, origination, engineering, and legal groups, and directing a regional pipeline while travel remains

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant business experience in the power industry.
• 8+ years of project development experience in wind and solar development.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• PM experience with renewable development projects.
• Knowledge of real estate, tax equity, and permitting processes.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ across the region and to HQ.

Responsabilités

• Define growth plan and priority regions with pipeline and budgets.
• Lead development of renewable energy projects and markets.
• Develop regional strategic plans and budgets.
• Build a strong greenfield project pipeline to meet goals.
• Lead, manage, and develop multi-person project teams.
• Coordinate with origination, permitting, interconnection, legal and investment teams.
