AVANGRID POWER, LLC seeks a Senior Manager - Regional Organic Growth to drive renewable development across designated markets. You will lead regional strategy, coordinate with policy, origination, and engineering teams, and guide a multi-disciplinary group toward profitable greenfield projects.

The role requires extensive travel and strong leadership, financial discipline, and a deep understanding of the energy market landscape to achieve FID and COD milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in the power industry and 8+ years in project development (wind/solar).
• 5+ years leading and developing teams with PM experience.

Responsabilités

• Define growth plans and regional goals with senior leaders.
• Lead development of renewable energy projects and markets across the region.
• Develop regional strategic plans and budgets; manage project portfolios.
• Build a strong greenfield project pipeline to meet business plans.
• Coordinate with permitting, interconnection, legal, and investment offices.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and ROI-focused prioritization.
