Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration, part of Lennox, seeks a Sales Engineer Lead to drive refrigerant product sales across Central and North Florida via remote engagement. The role mentors engineers, analyzes load requirements, and negotiates terms with customers to secure repeat business.

Strong leadership and deep product knowledge are essential. The position offers ambitious compensation with base plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and a remote-first work approach, with 100% remote territory

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years related experience.
• Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Extensive knowledge of products and refrigeration equipment selection.
• Knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration, and sales control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor sales engineers as the technical expert and sales leader.
• Perform box load calculations and select correct products to meet customer needs.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Ensure high post-sale satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
• Set account and territory plans on annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Develop business with key or named accounts and lead account teams as needed.
