Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or Technical Diploma in HVACR highly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience selling product solutions in the commercial refrigeration segment.
• ASHRAE certifications/participation highly preferred.
• Background in strong customer relationships driving commercial equipment solutions.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of time.
• Results and target oriented.
• Strong written and oral communicator.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with Rheem, customers/distributors/partners and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Call on refrigeration wholesale customers, OEMs, contractors, specifying engineers, and prospective customers regularly; pull business through wholesale channels.
• Develop, meet, and exceed annual sales forecasts.
• Promote, sell, develop, and implement programs, training, strategy, and support new product introductions with customers.
• Identify market opportunities and work with distributors to win opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor through regular interaction; support prequalification and development of application opportunities; assist with submittals.
• Run BTU run-load calculations and select appropriate equipment for specific applications.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations through training events or meetings.
• Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Represent Rheem in local industry organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.
