Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years related experience.
• Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration products.
• Knowledge of box load calculation and refrigeration equipment selection.
• Knowledge of selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Substantial industry and product knowledge.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentors sales engineers as the technical expert and master of sales methods.
• Performs box load calculations and selects the correct products or assists customers in product selections based on needs and regulations.
• Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Ensures high post-sales satisfaction and cultivates long-term relationships with customers.
• Sets account and territory plans on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Develops business with key or named accounts and may lead dedicated account teams.
