Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a senior sales professional to call on refrigeration wholesale customers, OEMs, contractors, and specifying engineers, driving revenue through wholesale channels. You will develop, meet, and exceed annual forecasts while promoting programs, training, strategy, and new product introductions.

With 7+ years in commercial refrigeration sales, you’ll build relationships, travel ~50%, and present technically strong value propositions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates Degree or Technical Diploma in HVACR highly preferred.
• 7+ years of successful experience selling product solutions in commercial refrigeration.
• ASHRAE certification or involvement highly preferred.
• Strong customer relationships and ability to drive commercial equipment solutions.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of time.
• Results- and target-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build rapport with Rheem and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Call on refrigeration wholesale customers, OEMs, contractors, specifying engineers, and prospective customers regularly.
• Develop, meet, and exceed annual sales forecasts.
• Work with customers to promote, sell, develop, and implement programs and new product introductions.
• Identify market opportunities and work with distributors to win opportunities.
• Become a trusted advisor through regular meetings and prequalification of opportunities.
• Run BTU run-load calculations and select appropriate equipment for applications.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate customer performance and implement corrective actions.
• Represent Rheem in local industry organizations.
