Placements24 is actively seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join a globally distributed, remote-first team serving diverse clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding, building talent pipelines and delivering exceptional service from anywhere.

In this role, you will source and interview candidates via online channels, negotiate offers, and stay current with best practices and new recruitment technologies.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including remote work.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Experience sourcing candidates across diverse industries.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
