Devop1 is a 100% remote, global company seeking a Senior Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a team of recruiters and sourcers and drive growth with enterprise clients worldwide.

You will develop business, design hiring stages, source candidates, present profiles, and negotiate closures. Enjoy unlimited bonus potential (up to 32% of client commissions), a freelance contract, flexible scheduling, and a personal development budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Experience leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of bringing quality clients via business development.
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media, Boolean search).
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Strong data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set priorities, be proactive and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers to support Talent Acquisition.
• Actively develop our business by bringing quality clients.
• Partner with customers to understand their hiring objectives and needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Facilitate negotiations through to closing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to change management and company development.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
