Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles in financial services or technology.
• Expertise with advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and digital platforms for candidate engagement.
• Exceptional virtual communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and deliver high-quality results remotely.
