Placements24 is expanding its national reach with a fully remote Recruitment Consultant role focused on placing top talent across South Africa. Operate entirely remotely, connecting exceptional candidates with leading companies from home.

You will build rapport, leverage digital tools, and drive results in a flexible, results-driven environment. We seek a self-motivated professional with at least 3 years in recruitment, strong sourcing of passive candidates, and excellent remote communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent remote communication and virtual relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time-management and autonomy.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and ATS; South African market knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough candidate searches using online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Engage candidates, assess fit, and present opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers remotely to understand needs and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, feedback, and offers.
• Meet and exceed placements and client-satisfaction metrics in a remote setting.
• Utilize CRM to track progress and client interactions.
