Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant for a fully remote role. You will manage senior-level recruitment projects, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development across diverse markets.

Based remotely on a global basis, you will shape service delivery, ensure high standards of recruitment practice, and play a key role in expanding clients' reach while achieving targets with autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruitment experience with leadership or senior consultant experience.
• Proven track record managing complex recruitment projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to mentor recruitment teams and drive performance.
• Strong business acumen with client relationship management and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency using ATS and digital recruitment platforms.
• Consistently exceeding recruitment targets and sustainable results.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles across key clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top candidates.
• Mentor and coach a team of recruitment consultants to high performance.
• Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and references.
• Analyze market trends and advise clients on talent strategies and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and best practices.
• Contribute to refining recruitment processes and tools.
