Placements24 is seeking a remote Recruitment Consultant to join a dispersed virtual team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for client roles, sourcing candidates globally and conducting virtual interviews to ensure the best-fit placements.

The role emphasizes autonomous, proactive work within a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and proven success in placing candidates remotely while handling multiple client relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in consultancy or agency setting.
• Proven success in sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates virtually.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Proficiency with online recruitment platforms and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned client roles remotely.
• Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates globally.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual interviews and assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through virtual communication.
