Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting and lead end-to-end North America searches across multiple departments and senior levels. This remote role supports candidates in Canada, New York Metro Area, and Raleigh, NC, with occasional travel as needed.

You will shape search strategy, partner with executives, and raise recruiting standards to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 10+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting.
• Lead the end-to-end North America recruiting process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at all levels.
• Shape the search strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders.
• Raise the bar across the recruiting team.
• Be a strategic talent advisor.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
