Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for contract and regular hires. The role involves sourcing through career fairs, databases, recruiting firms, and LinkedIn, while aligning with Managers and the Operations Planner on specific staffing plans.

You will manage interviews, reference checks, and maintain a candidate pool, ensuring efficient processes within SPO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field; 5 years experience can substitute education.
• Experience recruiting for biotech/pharma/medical device sectors is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to train Hiring Managers on sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates for contract or full-time roles through multiple channels.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Screen, reference-check, and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with managers and operations planners.
• Maintain and nurture a pool of candidates and manage the ATS with integrity.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in sourcing and hiring processes.
