Job summary

Phreesia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire talent across North America in a remote-friendly environment. This role supports candidates in Canada, the New York metro area, and Raleigh, NC.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, shape search strategy with hiring managers, and mentor other recruiters while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll partner with senior leaders on market insights and hiring plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or specialized roles.
• Experience recruiting across North America and with senior leaders.
• Experience mentoring other recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for North America across multiple departments.
• Lead search strategy and align requirements with hiring managers.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR partners on market insights and hiring plans.
• Mentor and coach other recruiters; drive process improvements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and data-driven decisions.
