Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join a fully remote team, supporting operations across the Free State region. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles and partner with clients to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with leading ATS platforms and recruitment technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and potential
• Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients and hiring managers
• Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding processes
• Mentor junior members of the recruitment team and contribute to process improvements
