Job summary

TrueCommerce is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with North American hiring leaders, owning end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels. You will translate business priorities into hiring outcomes, build proactive sourcing engines, and act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.

You will collaborate with leaders on organization design, talent risk, and hire-vs-develop tradeoffs, driving high-quality hires with urgency and market insight in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with in-house recruitment supporting business leaders.
• Strong sourcer with a track record of filling complex, niche, and high-volume roles through proactive, market-mapped pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable influencing leaders without formal authority; brings data, market insight, and a clear point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for across functions and levels, acting as the single point of accountability for hiring outcomes in the region.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, critical, and niche roles, maintaining a diverse and continuously refreshed candidate funnel.
• Act as a thought partner to leaders on organization design, talent risk, succession, and hire-vs.-develop tradeoffs.
• Support VP of Talent on senior leadership hiring, strategic talent initiatives and global hiring priorities.
• Lead the interview experience end-to-end, ensuring consistent and timely communication with every candidate.
