Job summary

Designity is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, building exceptional teams across LATAM, the U.S., Canada, and EMEA. This remote role partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring decisions and pipelines.

You will own the full lifecycle, design targeted sourcing strategies, conduct thoughtful interviews, negotiate offers, and drive process improvements as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring across LATAM, the U.S., Canada, and EMEA.
• Experience recruiting across Marketing, Sales, Product, People, Creative, and other business-critical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing expertise and proactive engagement.
• Ownership and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle - kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Build sourcing strategies using Boolean search and talent mapping.
• Identify exceptional talent beyond the CV through thoughtful interviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders and senior stakeholders to shape decisions.
• Drive pipeline health, anticipate blockers, and move processes forward.
• Negotiate offers and close talent with balance of candidate and business needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
