Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead technical recruiting for engineering, operations, and specialized roles. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to build pipelines, assess candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and may require up to 15% travel. A strong background in defense/aviation tech is valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting and sourcing experience or 6+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience recruiting in engineering and operations roles.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to source passive talent and close top talent.
• Strong partnering with engineering leaders and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for engineering, operations, and specialized roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and networks.
• Build high-quality technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research, compensation considerations, and sourcing opportunities.
• Collaborate on assessment strategies and interview approaches.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain thorough recruiting documentation.
