Job summary

Epoch AI is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to own our hiring pipelines end-to-end and help us grow a world-class team. You will work closely with our Head of People to scope roles, design interview processes, and run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience; 3+ years for Senior Recruiter.
• Comfort with applicant tracking systems and AI tools.
• Strong communication and ability to guide hiring managers transparently.

Responsibilities

• Scope new roles with hiring managers: define ideal candidates, must-haves, and timelines.
• Advertise roles, source candidates through networks and outreach.
• Manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds: pipelines, scheduling, budgets, timelines.
