Arca, a NYC-based wealth management firm powered by AI, is seeking its first recruiter and recruiting lead to build the team from the ground up. You’ll establish the function, design interview loops, and scale the hiring process across engineers, product, GTM, and operations.

You’ll own pipeline, sourcing, and candidate experience, recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, while shaping a vibrant, inclusive culture as the company grows through multiple acquisitions.
