Job summary

Epoch AI is seeking a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to own our hiring pipelines end-to-end and help us grow a world-class team. You will work closely with our Head of People to scope roles, design interview processes, and run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience; 3+ years for Senior Recruiter.

• Advertise roles, seek referrals, and proactively source candidates through networks and direct outreach.
• Manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds: pipelines, scheduling, budgets, and decision timelines.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally at a small or early-stage organization, or 3+ for a Senior Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with applicant tracking systems and AI tools.
• High agency and transparent reasoning to guide hiring managers through fast, transparent hiring.
• Annual salary between $105,000 and $140,000 USD, with location adjustments for certain areas.
• Fully remote environment with flexible hours and generous global benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and pension.
• Generous PTO with no specific annual limit, 30 days protected, and 4 months paid parental leave.
