Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation routing platform for enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will craft scalable backend services in Java/Spring Boot, focusing on real-time distribution of voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, and channels.

You will ensure high availability, low latency, and resilience while integrating with telephony, CRM, analytics, and workforce management systems.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of architecture and delivery for distributed apps.
• Expert-level hands-on Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, persistence, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Experience building routing logic for contact center, communications, or customer engagement platforms.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines that distribute voice and digital interactions in real time.
• Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, availability, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across queues and routing paths.
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with CX domain experts to translate operational requirements into routing capabilities.
