Axon is seeking a Senior Public Safety Sales Engineer to work closely with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers. In this fully remote role, you will translate complex technical requirements into solutions that meet public safety needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in sales engineering or technical consulting and will be required to travel up to 40%. Additional benefits include a competitive salary of $110,000 to $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in emergency communications environments.
• 3–7 years as a Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant.
• Proven presentation and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and configure the platform for customers.
• Conduct in-depth discovery with emergency agencies.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
