Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced on-site Lead for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects in New Jersey. You will oversee planning, programming, design integration, and contractor coordination to ensure spaces meet workplace standards.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in PM, Architecture, Construction Mgmt, or Engineering, with Tenant Improvement and FF&E know-how, and is proficient with MS Project, IWMS, and Office software.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations with focus on finishes and FF&E.

Responsibilities

• Own/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact.
• Lead planning and programming to ensure facilities operational components are incorporated into the overall project design.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into documentation.
• Coordinate and manage RFIs and approvals with written flow.
• Moderate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Oversee budget, milestone/schedule development and changes with audit trails.
