Colliers International is seeking a seasoned Subject Matter Expert for Office Space Fit-Out projects. You will lead on‑site activities at a client site with a focus on MEP, finishes, and specialty installations, coordinating planning, design, and execution.

Role requires extensive project management experience in tenant improvements, budgeting, and RFI coordination. The position emphasizes on-site leadership and collaboration with owners, architects, and vendors.

Competenze

• 12+ years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Seasoned experience in fit-out, audio visual installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Familiarity with MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security for design and construction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret schedule data and communicate viable solutions.

Mansioni

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact for Owner/Client.
• Lead planning and programming to ensure Office Space Fit-out installations are incorporated into the design.
• Coordinate RFI process to confirm changes in writing with approved flow.
• Lead IT, Security and A/V equipment planning and integration into docs.
• Manage cost, change control, and engage with construction team for value engineering and updates.
• Coordinate with Sr. Project Manager and Lab/Tech Specialist.
