Job summary

Colliers International seeks a seasoned Subject Matter Expert for Workplace Office Space Fit-Out projects. You will lead planning, programming and coordination of IT, Security, AV, and architectural documentation on-site in New Jersey, acting as the primary Owner/Client liaison.

The role requires 12+ years in project management, architecture, construction management or engineering with Tenant Improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering with 12+ years of experience.
• Tenant Improvement project management experience is critical.
• Familiarity with fit-out, AV installations and all aspects of FFE.
• Knowledge of MEP, FFE, AV, IT and Security in design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Owner/Client interface & project design team relationship management; main point of contact.
• On-site lead for all construction activities related to Workplace Office Space Fit-Out.
• SME in Office Space Fit-Out installations focusing on finishes and specialty installations.
• Lead planning and programming to integrate facilities operational components into the project design.
• Coordinate IT, Security and A/V planning and integration into architecture and mechanical docs.
• Manage RFIs and ensure written approval flow with Owner involvement.
• Coordinate and conduct project meetings; track action items and minutes.
• Oversee budget and milestone/schedule development; document deviations for audits.
• RFP generation, interviews, and cost analysis for team composition and bids.
• Oversee FF&E and third-party procurement; manage cost and change control.
