Insight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee delivery across client engagements, applying waterfall, hybrid, and agile methods. You will guide project lifecycle from inception to close, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior managers.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, risk mitigation, and driving PM capability improvements, with opportunities for business development and growth within Insight Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years IT services or professional services experience.
• Experience with hybrid methodologies and Agile delivery.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Track record of success guiding and leading project teams to success.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visibly strategic solutions for our clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
• Help define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and our clients.
• Build key relationships with clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risk and proactively work project issues.
• Drive tangible and sustainable improvement in PM capabilities.
• Assist with business development activities to grow Insight Services business.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
