Horizontal Digital is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a consulting mindset to join our growing team. You will cultivate high-performing, cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving delivery excellence with speed and quality on programs and projects.

You will partner with clients to identify needs, leverage Agile and hybrid practices, and deliver exceptional results while mentoring junior staff and leading globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large digital projects/programs.
• Experience advising clients on delivery best practices.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, risks and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large, complex project full-time or multiple mid-size projects.
• Consult on delivery strategies, driving agile and product delivery methods.
• Create and manage detailed project plans with scope, constraints, risks and dependencies.
• Proactively manage budgets, monitor burn, and report on margins and forecasting.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, escalating as needed.
• Be the primary client contact for delivery, building strong relationships and delivering value.
