Job summary

Huge is seeking a Senior Director of Program Delivery to lead a team of project managers, set and test ways of working, and collaborate with a wide range of disciplines and client types to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will oversee deliverables, assess change and risk, and manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements while ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal teams. Remote within the United States, with a culture of leadership and design excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience structuring, leading and growing multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel work streams.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions and client presentations regularly.
• Experience in a client services organization, ideally with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project managers and ensure deliverables meet requirements and manage risk.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering talent and best practices.
• Manage client expectations and align internal teams to deliver on multi-track programs.
