Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management to lead a multi-million technology product portfolio within a complex enterprise. This role drives Agile execution, portfolio governance, and financial oversight while partnering with executive leadership to shape technology investments.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management to lead a $10-20M technology product portfolio across delivery initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This leader will oversee agile execution, portfolio governance, financial and capital investment management, and organizational maturity efforts while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate is both an experienced people leader with a strong background in scaled agile delivery, portfolio management, and financial oversight. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery excellence across multiple product portfolios while developing talent, advancing agile practices, and influencing technology investment decisions.

Skills and Requirements

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Agile Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale product-based organizations and enterprise technology portfolios.
• Proven success driving Agile transformation efforts within complex environments.
• Strong financial management experience including forecasting, investment planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience managing portfolios supported by large-scale resource organizations (1,000+ resources preferred).
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams.
