Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support solar and storage assets remotely in the U.S. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, field repairs, and related documentation using Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and spreadsheets.

Travel up to 10% domestically is required. This role requires a minimum Bachelors and 3 years of coordinating complex projects, with experience in prevailing-wage environments and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience coordinating construction, operations, or maintenance projects.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites.
• Review field-service reports, update Salesforce cases, and document work.
• Create purchase orders, track parts, and resolve invoice issues
