Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst II to support operation and maintenance of distributed solar & storage assets, with a focus on battery storage sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage documentation, and work with managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely interventions.

The role uses Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and SharePoint to track activity, approve POs, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with prevailing-wage requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating construction, operations, maintenance, field-service, or similar project activities.
• Experience in a prevailing-wage environment and maintaining compliance/documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, vendors, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and related project tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities across a portfolio of battery storage sites and provide backup support for other assets.
• Review field-service reports in Scoop, save docs, and update Salesforce cases.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa, track parts and vendor activity, and resolve invoicing issues.
