Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our growing organization. This role emphasizes MS Project, EVMS, and robust program performance analysis across multiple locations.

The candidate will mentor teams, integrate cost and schedule data, and develop IMP/IMS and EACs to meet contract objectives. The position may be remote full-time and involves coordinating with senior leadership and IPT leads to ensure timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in scheduling tools and processes.
• Interface with IPT leads across multiple locations.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and conduct audits.
• Prepare program review documents for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and ensure timely program deliverables.
