Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Agent Enablement pod to shape tools, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that empower our customer agents to support millions of customers with speed and care.

The role focuses on building scalable experiences for both customers and agents, driving operational excellence, and delivering a thoughtful product roadmap in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• You craft intuitive experiences for customers and agents that balance high-tech efficiency with a human touch.
• You can redesign service strategy or debug an agent workflow within the same day.
• You combine product intuition with analytical rigor to uncover patterns and drive decisions.
• You move fast, bring order to ambiguity, and push for meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Servicing and Operations to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
• Design for scale using AI and automation; lead evaluations for AI tooling.
• Prioritize and own a roadmap from concept to launch.
• Define strategy using market trends and frontline feedback.
• Measure success with clear metrics and experiments.
• Build scalable systems for growing business and new channels.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and executives.
