Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Agent Enablement pod, shaping how millions receive help and how internal teams operate. You will drive the experience for customers and agents, emphasizing AI-powered workflows, scalable design, and rigorous metrics.

This remote-first role offers broad impact across Servicing, Operations, and product teams, with opportunities to steer workflow improvements, tooling, and automation at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to craft intuitive experiences for customers and agents.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong storytelling and synthesis to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand customers and agents through research, data, and iteration.
• Champion operational excellence with Servicing and Operations teams.
• Design for scale through AI and automation; lead build-vs-buy for AI tooling.
• Drive a thoughtful roadmap; prioritize and guide execution from concept to launch.
• Translate insights into strategy with market trends and frontline feedback.
• Define metrics, success criteria, and run experiments to improve performance.
• Build scalable systems for growth across contact channels and speed/quality.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Ops, Legal, and leadership to align progress.
